After 13 years as nurse, I became a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2010.  I truly enjoy being alongside people providing fully informed, equitable, evidence-based, empowering healthcare from puberty through menopause. My goal is to help you make the right decisions for you and your family.  I am a safe place where you can be open, honest and real without any judgement and be supported, given education and resources to assist you in achieving your best health and well-being. While well-versed in normal pregnancy and childbirth, I have a deep respect and expertise in recognizing and intervening when things are not normal. This helps achieve the healthiest outcomes possible.
