Tammy Hayes
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Tammy Hayes is the Chief Operating Officer at Northfield Hospital + Clinics. She has 40 years of nursing experience, with 17 years as Chief Nursing Executive / Hospital Administrator. In that role, Tammy has been responsible for operations of hospital nursing departments and also Long Term Care Center, home care, and hospice. Tammy served as the Long Term Care Center licensed Administrator for 13 years. 

 

Tammy holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. Tammy has held a number of nursing leadership roles in neonatal and pediatric care throughout her career and has provided leadership for a broad range of quality initiatives focusing on patient care and nursing development/support.
