When you aren’t feeling well or have an injury, the less time you have to spend in the waiting room the better. Save Your Place in Line allows you to put your name on a list and stay home until your arrival time.
Save Your Place in Line allows you to put your name on a list of patients to be seen in urgent care and get an arrival time. You can wait in the comfort of your own home until your arrival time.
This is not an appointment. It is an estimated time of when you will be seen. The actual wait time will vary depending on the severity of everybody’s needs. If someone comes in after you with more serious needs, they will be seen before you. Our goal is to decrease the time you are waiting to be seen. We will do our best to see you quickly.
How Save Your Place In Line works
1) Fill out the form including a reason for visit.

2) You will receive a text message telling you what time to come in and a link to a check-in form.
3) You will receive a reminder text message about 15 minutes before your arrival time.
4) When you arrive, stop at the front desk staff to finish check-in.
What happens if I am late for my arrival time? If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your arrival time, your place in line will be cancelled and you will treated as a new arrival. If you need to cancel, please call Urgent Care Lakeville at 952-469-0500 or Urgent Care Northfield at 507-646-6700.
