Easy Corn Tortilla Pizzas
Making these pizzas doesn’t require much planning ahead and they are so quick and easy to make! The best part is you can use whatever toppings you like (and have on hand).
Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1/3 cup pizza or pasta sauce, divided
- 3/4 cup shredded chicken or ground turkey, divided
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, diced tomatoes, spinach, onions, etc.), divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
Mexican pizza variation: Use fat free refried beans instead of pasta sauce and top pizza with salsa, vegetables, and cheddar cheese.
