Philosophy of Care
I believe in caring for the whole person including the patient's goals. I enjoy helping people return to an active lifestyle, instead of sitting on the sidelines due to pain or weakness. I love helping women connect with their bodies during pregnancy and postpartum to help the transition into motherhood feel more fulfilling. I work with neuromuscular (Parkinson's disease, strokes, MS, and others) conditions and help people resume muscle control and coordination. Using hands on techniques and exercises that are specific to the person I am working with, is my favorite part of being a physical therapist.
