Meet Carla Simon

Philosophy of Care

I've worked in healthcare since high school, starting as a personal care attendant for a young woman on the Autism and then as a nursing assistant at a nursing home. During those years, I developed a love for helping those with special needs and abilities.

My favorite part of my job is helping individuals create meaningful goals and helping them reach those goals. I strive to look at a patient holistically and truly create a plan of care that caters to their needs and what is most important to them.

I hope I can continue to increase the independence of the patients I work with, and I am excited to work in a local community!

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and binge watching reality tv shows.
