Northfield Home Care, a service of Northfield Hospital, makes house calls. Our highly-trained staff can provide important medical services and personal care directly to you in your own home. Whether you need nursing assessment, instruction, wound care, medication setup, therapy or assistance with personal care and meal preparation, Northfield Home Care can design a program that meets your specific needs.

Our nurses, home health aides and homemakers are committed to providing quality care with a personal touch. We are certified by Medicare and Medical Assistance and participate in a wide-range of insurance plans. For more information, call 507-646-1457.

Lifeline

Lifeline is a personal emergency response system that works through your telephone to call for help any time you need it, 24 hours a day. You wear a small button, so even when you cannot reach the phone, you have access to emergency care. Lifeline offers peace of mind and independence for those with ongoing medical concerns.

Meals-on-Wheels

Meals-On-Wheels is a hospital-supported, volunteer organization dedicated to meeting the nutritional needs of the community through home-delivered meals. Meals-On-Wheels coordinates and nurtures a broad network of volunteer drivers who deliver noon meals prepared by Northfield Hospital dietary staff.

To order Meals-On-Wheels, call the Dietary Department at Northfield Hospital, 507-646-1022. If you are eligible, they will register you for Meals-On-Wheels.
