Receptionist #267 (CSMR-Northfield)
To serve as entry point for all individuals who contact CSMR. Primary functions include: telephone service, registering clients, scheduling clients, providing patient care personnel with complete and accurate information, compiling and discharging patient charts, verifying insurance information, and submitting accurate and complete billing data to the hospital billing office. Also, performs a variety of receptionist and clerical duties associated with patient care unit operation under the supervision of the professional nurse.
